Business Development Manager

Dina is a motivated Business Development Manager who recently joined the MEDiSURG team. With a strong foundation in training, sales, and marketing, she brings fresh perspectives and a proactive approach to driving business growth.


Before joining MEDiSURG, Dina gained valuable experience at Blocks Rock, where she played a key role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales team in closing significant deals. Her passion for understanding market trends and building strong relationships has been central to her success.


Dina is an accomplished communication scholar, educator, and speech mentor with over two decades of experience in the field. She has served as Senior Associate Faculty in the Communication Department at both IUPUI and Ivy Tech State College.


Dina earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics and Literature from Tel Aviv University in Israel and her Master’s degree in Telecommunication Arts from Butler University.

Outside of work, Dina enjoys playing tennis, traveling, fitness, wellness, and reading. She is passionate about continuous learning and professional development and finds inspiration and new ideas through books.
